<description><![CDATA[Hello, My Name is Chip Lemin from Olmsted Falls, Ohio.I have been involved in Youth Baseball for over 30 yrs as player,manager,coach,and now parent coach.My biggest concern is that young players are not being taught to honor and respect the game of baseball.Although still in the small minority,some teams and their parents do not practice good sportsmanship.You can have a highly competitive team,and practice good sportsmanship.It must be start however with the manager,and coaching staff.It must also begin with the season,and be revisited during the season.Good sportsmanship must be recognized and rewarded by the staff also.Our Game is too valuable ... ]]></description>
