Calculate how much you think you are having of vegetables firstly - I was advised that 75% raw fruit & vegetables per day is needed.  Steve & I now live on salads.  We still like cooked veges from time to time in stir fries - soups - dry roasts - and steamed, but the majority of the time we eat salad.  You can have so much fun with different salads without too much effort, and they are so easy to prepare.  Great for BBQ's.]]></description>
