I am a computer professional, wearing many hats over my 16+ years of experience in the industry. Not all of it good or bad, but it is my job, it's what I do and what I'm good at. Most people say the "love" their job, but I'm not one of them. I like my work and the satisfaction of completing projects and making clients/customers happy, but things I love are a little more serious and closer to home. My family, coaching/playing basketball, riding my bike when it's 35 degrees, enjoying sunny days at the beach, fishing for hours and probably ...

It's a sad day for the millions of Michael Jackson fans, from all over the world. At age 50, Michael Jackson went into cardiac arrest at a rental home in Los Angeles, California. He wasn't breathing upon arrival of paramedics and was in a coma at the hospital. He died shortly afterward.

Natalie's music is crisp, refreshing and personal. Listening to her tracks, I can feel that she puts every ounce of herself into her music. Her songs have meaning and substance, which is refreshing, after being hit with "look what I have and you don't" type music. She is truly old school and her love of that generations music, shows in her own. I just hope people appreciate it.

It all started with Seth Petruzeli filling in for an injured Ken Shamrock to fight Kimbo Slice on October 4, 2008. The fight lasted all of 14 seconds and ended with Kimbo being saved by the referee, so he wouldn't take any more punishment. I'm not a huge fan of Kimbo's, but since Ken couldn't fight and Seth was a last minute stand in, who no one really knew... I thought it would lights out for Petruzeli and a walk over for Kimbo. Boy was I wrong. It's true what they say in the fight game. On any given night, as long as it's a fight, anyone can get knocked out.

It's around the time of year when I have to renew my Skype & Skype-Out services. To my surprise, many of my friends, clients and colleagues have no real idea of what Skype is about. In this world of "instant messaging" we all have MSN, Yahoo, ICQ or some kind of messaging system on our computers.

The 100 Days Overkill of President Obama

April 29th has been a hell of a day, with every news network killing themselves with the 100 day milestone of President Obama. Don't get me wrong, I like Barack Obama and what he stands for, but I do not recall all these daily milestones for any other president, but I guess things in our society have become so "instant" that we have become addicted to constant updates, with Twitter, MySpace, Facebook and every other social network and tracking platform on the web.

One of the many "rights" Manny Pacquiao delivered to the face of Ricky Hatton on May 2, 2009. Manny Pacquiao was the favorite in this light welter-weight fight since he dismantled Oscar De-La Hoya in a previous bout. Pacquiao has certainly become a ring tactician, with speed, power and overall ring generalship and control of his opponents.
